 1)    27 Waterfront Homes sold/median price $279,000.

 2)     16 Off Water Homes sold/median price $127,750.

 3)     20 Manufactured Homes sold/median price $123,250.

 4)      11 Lots Sold/median price $25,000.

Matlacha

1)       16 Water Front Homes Sold/Median Price $214,000.

2)        1 Water Front Lot Sold for $151,000.

A total of 168 properties sold in the first 6 months of 2010 in the Pine Island communities of Bokeelia, St. James City and Matlacha, with a dollar volume of sales of $32,878,242.
