5) 8 condominiums sold, median price $122,000.
6) 16 waterfront lots sold, median price $90,000.
7) 35 inland lots sold, median price $19,000.
8) 2 commercial properties sold, average $345,000.
The total dollar volume for the 255 sales on Pine Island in 2009 was $45,588,516.
Compare this with the year 2008, the following properties sold on Pine Island, Florida:
