SAINT JAMES CITY WATERFRONT HOME FOR RENT
This newly updated waterfront home in St. James City is now available for weekly or monthly rentals. Located on quiet Stabile Lane, it is ideally situated at the confluence of two canals and has beautiful western exposure for viewing those perfect Pine Island sunsets. Eagles often soar here on the afternoon thermal winds.

The fishing is great right here, or you may directly access (no bridges) the Gulf of Mexico, Pine Island Sound or Charlotte Harbor from here. By boat, you are about 30 minutes from Sanibel and a shorter distance to other islands in the area.
Stabile Road adjoins the 17 mile long Pine Island bike path and also features the 1 mile St. Jude Nature trail, where you can walk thru beautiful foliage and emerge at a waterfront dock and boardwalk, ideal for bird watching, fishing or kayaking.
The "town" of St. James City is a 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive away, where you will find several fine restaurants, fun galleries, shops and marina with boat ramp and small grocery store.

The home features a new maple and corian kitchen, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cable t.v., high speed DSL connection, large flat screen t.v., all new furnishings and linens with a queen size bed in the masterbedroom, and a full size bed with pull out trundle in the guest room.
The newly tiled bathroom has a shower and extra deep soaking tub.

Enjoy a perfect Pine Island get away with dockage for two boats, and lounge chairs, barbeque grill and paperback books for lazy island afternoons.
The adjoining duplex is similarly appointed and you may rent both for a total of four bedrooms, two baths, and sleeping accomodations for up to 8 people, making it a great get away for two families or two generations of the same family. No smoking is allowed in the home.
This home belongs to my family members Anne Foye and David Cosgriff of Nantucket, MA. and they handle all the rentals directly, though I will also be glad to answer any questions you may have.
